Goodreads Review: Torrent Tragedy, the Curse of the Urn stands out for its original concept and its exploration of the ramifications of cybercrime through a supernatural lens. I think readers will really like its gripping storyline, which maintains a brisk pace and ensures a quick and engaging read. Zepeda Fitzgerald’s succinct storytelling and the novel’s moral undercurrent make it a thought-provoking read, particularly for those interested in contemporary issues told through a fantastical narrative. Latina Book Club Review: "TORRENT TRAGEDY: fun, imaginative novel about a cyber pirate who gets just what he deserves."

Litsy review by WBMerlin: “From start to finish this book had me hooked. . .”

Plot: Torrent Tragedy is the first book in the Nocturnals series. Freddie Woodley, a cyber pirate makes all his money by stealing from artists. After his indictment for pirating music was over, he moved on to books. When he steals a Romanian book named, I, SORCERESS, he opens a door into the world of the supernatural.

While Freddie walked the world of mortals, he was fairly safe.

Now, he had opened the door which could not be closed: A portal unknown to mortal criminals. In this world, sins and transgressions are not mortal in the theoretical sense. No, they are literally mortal as in dead and gone.
